New Beauty Tools from Tweezerman!

Tweezerman not only makes the BEST tweezers in the land, but the brand has a few new launches that deliver complexion perfection. First up, their newest product, Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner $30.

The Tweezerman Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner is an at-home facial tool designed to exfoliate dead, dull skin cells and eliminate “peach fuzz” for a brighter, clearer complexion. I’m sure you’ve heard me natter on preach about exfoliating. Getting rid of those dull, dead skin cells and peach fuzz reveals smooth, glowing skin. It also helps your skincare like serums (read more about serums here) and moisturizers absorb better.

I’ve tried a few other tools like this but either they were unwieldy and hard to use or they just didn’t work at all. The Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner is so easy to use! The ergonomic design comfortably fits in the palm of my hand and my thumb fits perfectly in the mold on the underside to give me lots of control. You can use upward or downward motions. The blade is positioned at the perfect angle for a safe and effective application every time. I have actually cut myself with other tools like this so I appreciate this one all that much more. Each blade is good for 3 months of use if used once a week as suggested. The tool comes with 3 extra replacement blades so you are set for a year!

How to use:

Wash face with warm water and gentle cleanser. Skin should be damp while using the tool. The skin may be prepped with moisturizer or serum prior to use. Hold tool flat against the surface of the skin with the blade at a 90-degree angle. Move tool gently with light pressure and short strokes in a downward motion over forehead, cheek, chin and nose areas. Maximum of three strokes per area. Move the dermaplaner in an upward motion to remove vellus hair or “peach fuzz.” Use device one time per week maximum.

Lil’ Buddies $10 are a mini version of a blender sponge for precision makeup application tasks. This set comes with three miniature sponges that are made of long-lasting and hypoallergenic, latex-free hydrophilic foam. The rounded bottom is perfect for stippling over larger areas such as the forehead and cheeks while the pointed tip is perfect for those hard to reach areas like the inner corner of the eyes and sides of the nose.

Champagne Shimmer Gift Set $36 The limited edition Curl 38° Eyelash Curler made for almond and deep-set eyes is now paired with the award-winning Slant Tweezers in Champagne Gold. The Slant Tweezers features perfectly aligned, stainless steel tips for expert brow shaping. The tips are hand-filed to ensure these tweezers close evenly and firmly. This tool will grab those teeny tiny hairs every time!

The Curl 38° Eyelash Curler is the perfect fit for curling lashes on almond and deep-set eyes, no wonder I love this tool so much! They are designed with a narrower top bar and extra wide opening to reach every last lash without pinching. The hypoallergenic silicone pad creates an intense curl and won’t stick to or crease lashes. I can still remember a girl in high school who curled her lashes so close to the eye they looked like they were standing at attention. Globs of mascara didn’t help the look. I digress! This lash curler delivers the perfect curl and I’m not embarrassed to say I’m obsessed with it! Comes with 3 replacement pads.

Bottom Line: superior beauty tools + great application = a flawless complexion. ‘Nuf said?

Wouldn’t a razor do the same thing as using a dermaplaner?

  7. 1alwaysnyc1 says:

LOVE LOVE LOVE that they created this eyelash curler. I bought the original one and it definitely pinches my lids. Dermaplaning is not for me. I love the idea of the benefits of it but I tried it one. I now am dealing with constant roughness where the peach fuzz grows back on my chin.

  8. Intrigued w/ the dermaplaner!

  9. Jessica Hughes says:

I love the look and description of this dermaplaning tool. I had some myself that I was not happy with the performance of. This one looks great.

  10. I want them all. My favorite eyelash curler is my gold Tweezerman one and I’m the type that needs backups of everything. When I recently dropped my tweezers for the thousandth time and rendered them useless I opened a gold Tweezerman that I’d bought. So this post is right up my alley.

  11. I want all of these. I need new tweezers and that Dermaplaner looks like something I’d love.
