Being by Sanctuary Spa is a cute and kitschy bath band body brand from the UK now being sold at Ulta Beauty. In addition to being fearless, the four fragrances of Being are also cruelty, paraben, microbead and microplastic free. Blythe reviewed some of their products last month and I’m back to talk about the Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nut scent and to show a few gift-giving ideas for the holidays.

I got to try the Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nut Bubble Bath, Body Lotion and Body Butter and I gotta tell you, it was challenging not to eat these goodies! I’m normally not one for foody or overly sweet scents and I’m delighted that is not the case with this one. After applying the body lotion, I asked my sister to sniff me and she thought it smelled lightly of coconut, I actually think it was the macadamia nuts she was smelling. My point is, the scent is not overpowering nor overtly sweet.

Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nut Bubble Bath $12 is not your typical runny, watery bubble bath, it’s thick and gooey like a caramel and produces a decadent, rich lather that leaves your skin smooth and hydrated. The scent is warm and creamy, perfect for a bath in chilly fall/winter weather. I’m very pleased it doesn’t dry out my skin too.

Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nut Body Lotion $12. I love the consistency of this–Goldilocks would love it, it’s not too thick and not too thin—juuuuust right. Of course, it has the same comforting scent that lingers just enough to let you know you’re wearing it.

Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nut Body Butter $15 is a richer, thicker version of the body lotion thanks to the cocoa and shea butter in the formula. It will feel a bit tackier and not glide as the lotion does but it does give excellent hydration. It’s really just personal preference as to which you prefer: lotion or butter. My recommendation is to use the lotion and on drier, rougher spots like knees, elbows, feet, etc. use the butter.

Donut Disturb Bath Gift Set $19 is adorable! Housed in this cookie jar, is Salted Caramel & Macadamia Bubble Bath (1.69 oz), Caramel Comforting Cake-On Face Mask (2.53 oz), a body puff and a darling inflatable donut to hold drinks. How cute is that? I thought I was the only one who took a drink with me to the bathtub! I can think of lots of people that would be delighted to get this set as a gift and the price is under $20!

Bottom Line:  Being by Sanctuary Spa is a brand with whimsy and intrigue and definitely worth checking out. I highly recommend the gift sets and the Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nut scent. I’d like to try some of the other scents too!
