Rocksbox for November!

Rocksbox is a fabulous jewelry rental subscription service. Just  fill out a style profile and your stylist will choose three  fabulous pieces of jewelry to try out and experiment with!  Return when you’re done and get your next set or keep the pieces you love and get 20% discount off retail. Sets are $19/mo. but if you sign up for Shine Spend, you get a $10 credit every month making it only $9/mo. Use promo code cindy ebff to get your first month free!

There are tons of subscription boxes out there but I love this one because it’s a great way to try out new jewelry styles and trends without spending a fortune.  You can even wear all the pieces and then return at the end of the month! Leave feedback on the pieces you receive to customize even further for future boxes. I have also taken advantage of the wishlist to ensure I get EXACTLY what I love.

Boxes are put together right after feedback is left so you receive your box quickly or once a month–you are in control. Shipping is quick and easy and returns are no hassle–Rocksbox even includes the packaging for the return!

My stylist did it again this month–I swear this person is in my head! I purchased two of the three pieces and love them! So much in fact, I was planning on giving one as a gift and decided to keep it for myself. Yes, I AM that selfish!! I know you’re dying to see my jewels so here they are!

My favorite piece: Nikki Necklace by Slate (insider price $40) – this is the second piece I’ve purchased by Slate–I’m finding I really the styles this brand offers. Kendra Scott is also a fav and has lots of pieces available on Rocksbox. Anyway, the Nikki necklace has an art deco feel yet is still very modern. It features 9 bagutte rhinestones in a semi-circle with 3 antique points below. Centered above the baguettes a two bars, one solid and one with tiny pave crystals. These are not only decorative but functional as well; they help the necklace to sit straight on the body. Even the chain has personality with it’s alternating bar and loop design. More amazing is that I only $30 for this necklace by using my $10 shine spend!

I also fell in love with (and purchased) these Sophie Harper Pavé Circle Drop Earrings ($56) – they are stunning: classic and elegant. I’m going to wear them with jeans and a blazer to dress up my weekend look too! In fact, I think these might become my signature earrings, they look fabulous with absolutely everything! They are dainty and feminine while still making a statement.

The last piece in my November box were another set earrings–this time by Melinda Maria. Although lovely, the Cece Triangle Studs ($54)were just too small for me. My hair is longer now and if I don’t have on some type of dangle earrings, you can’t really see them. It’s a shame because these are so sweet!
