  1. Oh my goodness. This is just what I need. I have the worst insomnia. Did you stay alseep with it? That’s one of my biggest problems.

    I always seem to end up on the computer late at night. I’ve tried almost everything, including prescription sleep aids, but I don’t like taking them long-term. Maybe this is just the bane of the 40+ woman’s existence?? I might try it if it’s not too pricey.

  4. I’m very intrigued. I have no problems getting to sleep but I’m up constantly during the night. I sometimes wake feeling like I haven’t slept at all. I am definitely going to look into this.
