Body Fantasies Body Fragrance Spray 2

As much as I like wearing perfume, I enjoy wearing body sprays even more. In addition to providing a subtle touch of fragrance, to me, they just feel more refreshing, especially in the hot summer months. Of course where I live it has been in the 90s since May, so I’ve been breaking out the body spray since the beginning of spring.

I’ve tried many body sprays over the years, but I hadn’t ever used Body Fantasies® Signature Fragrance Body Spray until they offered to send me some to try. I choose two of their best sellers, Fresh White Musk and Twilight Mist, $6.99 (8 fl oz) each.

If you’re not familiar with Body Fantasies, they are a USA based company that produces Eau De Parfums, body washes, body sprays, and lotions. All of their products are proudly made in the U.S. and are never tested on animals.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the body sprays I choose, since I only had the descriptions go on, but somehow I managed to pick two totally opposite scent profiles.

Fresh White Musk Fragrance Body Spray

“Blends the clean fresh natural scents of bright white florals combined with soft sensual woods and clean white musks. Top Notes: Aldehydic Floral Accord, Lily of the Valley, Lilac, Rose, Freesia, and Mandarin. Mid Notes: Jasmine, Ylang-Ylang, Carnation, Hyacinth, Coriander, and Clove. Base Notes: Moss, Musk, Vanilla, and Patchouli.”

When I first tried Fresh White Musk I wasn’t sure how I felt about it. The fragrance reminded me freshly cleaned laundry, which I love, just not on my body. However, after wearing it for a little while it grew on me. I really loved the freshness of the body spray’s floral notes, along with the musky under notes.

Since I am allergic to most flowers, I usually don’t do well with floral fragrances, but notes of flowers in Fresh White Musk weren’t too overpowering. I really think that has to do with the flowers chosen for this spray, such as freesia, jasmine, and lilac. They combine perfectly with the base notes of moss, musk, vanilla, and patchouli. Musky scents tend to be my favorite, which is probably why I love Fresh White Musk so much. It is the perfect day time spring and summer scent that also lasts throughout those long, hot days.

Twilight Mist Fragrance Body Spray

“A mesmerizing and mysterious fragrance. Blends top notes of mandarin, coconut, and fresh plum; mid notes of magnolia, tuberose, tiger, orchid, and violet; and base notes of sandalwood, creamy musk, tonka bean, and vanilla.”

The second body spray I chose was Twilight Mist. The description had me hooked right away. I love scents with coconut, mandarin, plum, vanilla, creamy musk, and violet. They seem to work well with my body chemistry. Twilight Mist really is a mesmerizing and mysterious fragrance.

From the minute I sprayed Twilight Mist it was an instant favorite. It has a nice light, musky, fruity scent. You can definitely smell the floral mid notes, but not in an overpowering way. All of the notes, from the top to the base, combine perfectly. Twilight Mist is definitely a more subtle scent than Fresh White Musk, which makes it perfect for those days when you want something lighter. Because of this, I think it is one of those body sprays you could wear all year long, especially at night.

Body Fantasies Coda Approved 2

Coda, my four-legged photography companion.

Bottom Line: At $6.99, Body Fantasies Signature Fragrance Body Sprays are a great, affordable find. The fragrance profile of both the Twilight Mist and Fresh White Musk Body Spray are unique and highly enjoyable. (They were even Coda approved.) I know I will get a lot of use out of these body sprays this summer, and into the fall and winter months. You can find Body Fantasies products at Walgreens, Walmart, Rite Aid, Kmart, and CVS.

Coda you are sooo cute, you stole the show!

  10. Coda is adorable. I’m not a fragrance person but I am a dog person.

  11. Puppy! I’m surprised he wanted to be around the fragrances. Mine aren’t too keen on them. I have a really hard time getting fragrance to stick around on me, so a body spray is pretty much worthless. I do like them for spraying on my pillow and linens, though!

    • I do the same or just to freshen up my room. I think Coda likes to just be involved in what I’m in doing, or get in the way, more than really smelling the scents.

  12. I use Body Fantasies! Cotton Candy scented hahah!

  13. Hehe, doggy approves? 🙂 Both scents sounds lovely!

  14. Cute dog! I haven’t seen these body sprays around in forever lol

  18. I love that it’s affordable, but not cheap in how it sprays or apparently smells. Very key! Having just discovered the joy that is perfume kept in the fridge and sprayed on during a warm summer day, I’m going to check these out! Thank you! – Jerusha,

  19. Love how affordable these options are. <3
