bodycology® Whoopsie Daisy

Run through fields of dewy wildflowers with Whoopsie Daisy. This fresh and playful blend opens with notes of Dew Drops, Pink Lady Apple, Water Pear and Tender Peach, leading to notes of Dandelions, Magnolia and Sheer Osmanthus. Cedarwood and Musk top off this floral and fruity scent that is sure to evoke thoughts of sunny spring mornings.

 Bodycology Whoopsie Daisy

I’m an anti-floral girl, mostly because I am allergic to flowers. Don’t even get me started on the smell of roses. Hello, can’t breathe. Anytime I receive a product that has a flower in the name, I am intensely apprehensive. Everything changed when I tried bodycology®Whoopsie Daisy. $3.99. I wanted to run through a field of daises shouting my love for this moisturizing body cream.

The scent is light and refreshing, and lasts all day. The apple, pear and peach combine perfectly with the dandelions, magnolia and osmanthus. In addition, this body cream is very moisturizing, without being sticky. Plus, I really love that all bodycology products are made in the USA, not tested on animals, and are free of parabens, phthalates & mineral oils.

This is the first time I have tried anything from bodycology, but I will definitely be heading to my local Walmart or Target to pick up the rest of this collection; Whoopsie Daisy Moisturizing Body Wash, $3.99, and Fragrance Mist, $3.99.

 Piper’s Perfumery Love Spark

Be impossible to forget. Love Spark is a gentle, light-hearted scent that will make you stand out in a crowd. Top notes of Wild Berries, Red Apple and Melon Water lead into floral mid tones of Peach Blossom and Jasmine, ending with dry notes of Fresh Ozone, Wild Rose and Sweet Pea.

 Piper's Perfumery Love Spark

The other product I received in this little bundle of goodies was Piper’s Perfumery Love Spark, $4.98. Like bodycology products, Piper’s Perfumery fragrance mists are made in the USA, not tested on animals, and free of parabens and phthalates. In addition to Love Spark, there are six other fragrance mists in the collection, including Sheer Blue, Sea Salt & Rosewater, Naughty & Nice, Delicate French Vanilla, Eye Candy, and Moroccan Dream.

I’m a huge fan of fragrance mists and body sprays. I like the way they leave your skin feeling refreshed, without an overpowering amount of fragrance. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of Love Spark. I hate to say this, but it just smells cheap. The wildberries, peach blossom, and sweet pea don’t work together. They all seem to be fighting to be the dominant scent. I had to wash the scent off my arm soon after applying it because every time I got a whiff I would start sneezing.

Bottom Line:  With its light, refreshing scent, and affordable pricing, $3.99 for each product, bodycology has a spring/summer hit with Whoopsie Daisy. As I mentioned above, I will definitely be purchasing the other two products in the collection.

With a price of $4.98, Piper’s Perfumery is a great deal for a fragrance mist. Unfortunately, Love Spark is not worth the buy. However, with six other mists to choose from, it might be worth heading to Walmart to find one that suits my scent tastes better.

I have a couple of the Piper’s sprays, in the French Vanilla and the Moroccan Dream, and those are both really nice.
